Do not waste your time. Negative stars if I could. Arrived 15 mins early to my appointment. Saw people sitting around. Guy tells me that the alignment machine is down. Would have been nice to know before I drove all the way there. Also if all your mechanics are on vacation, how do you expect to have business to stay open. I will not be returning.

I’ve been a customer at Smitty’s Burt Brothers multiple times, and I’d recommend them without hesitation. Like any shop, there have been a couple of occasions where the work wasn’t quite right or I left feeling less than satisfied but here’s what sets them apart: they actually listened. Every time I raised a concern, they took it seriously, double-checked their work, and made it right without making me feel like a burden or a difficult customer. I can be a tough customer. That kind of customer service is rare, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back.

Burt Bros has taken the best care of me! I went to that location several years ago under a different owner and their service was second to none. Although it’s a different owner now, they strive, successfully, to provide the same excellent, honest service! I highly recommend them!

I hope I make this a long story short! Although I am incredibly impressed and so thankful for the mechanics and the workers at this Burt Brothers! I definitely have had some terrible experiences with other shops as others have. So I was seriously hesitant to get the work done. Although, I went in and made an appointment to have my car serviced with an unfortunately long list of things needed- all 4 rotors, rear breaks, lights, all four new tires etc. and not only did they get everything on my checklist done, although did it all in a work day! I had my car back by the same afternoon. I am super impressed with their work and service. Employee and environment wise I am also very impressed. I had such a pleasant and positive experience. They were confident in every conversation I had with them and great at problem solving to help give me the best bang for my buck. As well as explaining their reasoning for suggesting a solution to a problem I brought to their attention. They were thorough and also financially thoughtful. Thank you guys so much!!

I came in for new tires. First off -2 stars because they nicked my rim. I just put a new Kuat swing away hitch on. I was having clearance issues with the rear spare. I had placed two washers under the bottom lug nut to tilt the tire back. This was a new unused spare. I moved the spare upfront and added three brand new tires. I had them place one of the used tires on the back as a spare. I asked the salesman and talked to the mechanic asking them both to remove the two washers when they put the used spare on. When the mechanic was pulling the jeep out, I asked him point-blank. Did he pull the two washers off? He looked me straight in the face and lied and said yes he did. With the two washers in place the backup cam cover would not fit as the lug nut stuck out out too far. As soon as I went to install the backup camera cover, I knew he lied to me because it wouldn’t fit. Here are the photos to prove it - one star lying straight to my face. This is the second bad experience I’ve had in the last few months with Burt Brothers. The other bad experience was at the Farmington location. i’ve been going to them for a long time.
